Reflection
As I reflect on my final paper I can only think about the process I took to get this far. For once, I can say I didn't write my final paper in one night and procrastinate it. If there was one thing I learned in this class it would be learning my own writing style and an appropriate writing process to get me where I am today. Although, I thought my final paper was great when I turned it in I new it wasn't perfect. It took many peer review sessions to get me to my final paper and multiple proof reading by me and other peers. Although, I know this process was long I can say that it was very helpful for my paper and taught me new skills that I can walk away with. This aper was anything but normal. Before this paper I had never wrote a paper like this before. It was definitely a little difficult to teach myself to write a "research paper" with my own opinion in it as well. I enjoyed writing this paper because I was already interested in the disorder Schizophrenia and I got to learn a new way of writing, which I ended up really liking. Overall, through this whole process I learned a composing process of editing, peer reviewing, revising, rewriting, and rereading my paper before I turned in my final paper. I also I had to learn how to use knowledge on conventions and combine different genres all into one topic. This was the most interesting part of my paper for me because I had never done anything like this before and I had fun when doing it. Although, I can say I learn critical reading from a lot of many things, I also learned that skill with this project. For my final paper I had to make sure for the last time whether my sources were appropriate for my research, whether they all made sense, who the audience was for each source, and how they all came together. In conclusion I was able to use basically the whole writing process rhetorical knowledge, critical reading, composing process, and knowledge of conventions for my paper. All of these played a huge part for my final paper and it wouldn't have been the same without the use of these.
